Members of the public and institutional investors have shown a raised interest in the latest Issue of Malta Government Stocks and by closing time on Wednesday, February at 17:00h and at on Friday, March 1, at noon, the Treasury had received 4,912 applications/bids having a total nominal value exceeding €292.9 million against the authorised sum on issue of €120 million Fixed Rate Malta Government Stocks (subject to an over-allotment option for an additional amount of €80 million).

The Treasury announced that all subscriptions by members of the public amounting to €123,871,400 were accepted in full.
