Express Group’s VRT Station operations has just successfully tested the 40,000th vehicle, a significant milestone for the testing station that has been in operation for these past ten years.

Located next to Express Group’s Head Office, it is one of the largest VRT stations on the island. The station occupies a large footprint of land with two seperate entrances that allow easy maneuvering of larger vehicles. Besides servicing normal passenger vehicles, the station specialises in the VRT testing of heavy vehicles.

The stations’ testing manager Philip Attard explained that the size of the premises has allowed himself and other professional servicemen to specialise on heavy duty jobs. As a result, heavy vehicles are now regularly services, he continued. He held that the Group also services whole fleets of cars for commercial organisations and car leasing companies.

Mr. Attard concluded by stating that the Group’s main aim is to ensure that the client is accommodated. Clients can make an appointment to service their vehicle at a specific time while others may leave their vehicle at the station and would be contacted once it is ready.

Express Group’s VRT Station is open everyday between 07:00h and 16:00h and is also open on Saturday mornings between 07:00h and 12:00h.
