GO continue to register gains
GO moved in further positive territory gaining 0.66% on a single deal of 5,000 shares to close at a new 52-week high of €1.36,9.
MaltaPost edged up 0.49% on a turnover of 43,410 shares to end Tuesday’s session at a one-year high of €1.03.
Major banks finished the session unchanged with HSBC and Bank of Valleta closing at €2.72 and €2.23 respectively.
Crimsonwing traded in high volumes as 74,064 shares were negotiated without affecting the last traded price of €0.55.
Island Hotels Group moved marginally higher by 0.78% on a negligible volume of 50 shares to close at the €0.65 level.
High trading activity was recorded in the Malta Government Stocks market with a nominal of 3.5 million being executed across 75 deals for a total turnover of €3,646,675.
