GO hits a 19-week high of €1.09

GO placed as the best performer of the day as the equity registered an increase of 2.35% on a turnover of 10,000 shares to touch a 19-week high of €1.09.

Bank of Valletta traded in a tight range between €2.41 and €2.42 to close 0.21% higher at €2.42 across eleven deals.

HSBC was the only equity to move lower, down 1.09% on a single deal of 2,500 shares to close at €2.72.

One single deal of 500 shares was executed in MIA without affecting the last traded price of €1.80.

13 Malta Government Stocks were active with a nominal of 1,981,952 exchanging hands across 35 deals for a total consideration of €2,058,284.
