Megabyte's HP 3PAR Storage training event
Megabyte in collaboration with HP conducted two training sessions covering the newly-launched HP 3PAR Storage at the Megabyte Premises in Mosta on February 20 and 21.
Being an HP ServiceONE Expert Partner, which is an elite HP specialisation accessible only to top-performing partners, Megabyte felt it is its duty to organise such training to educate IT managers on the latest storage technology.
Megabyte’s CEO Rainer van Becku, opened the workshop highlighting that IT managers need a solution that can bring simplicity and efficiency back to the storage infrastructure. HP 3PAR addresses the key weaknesses with many of today's existing storage architectures. The training was carried out by Head of Engineering & Infrastructure Services at Megabyte Ivan Muscat and Senior Systems Engineer at Megabyte James Spiteri.
HP 3PAR provides the storage foundation necessary to build an infrastructure that supports the data centre of the future and meets the current needs. Such transformation is key to overcoming the inflexibility and high costs created by IT sprawl and enabling organisations to shift their focus to efficiency and strategic initiatives that add value to the business.
