RR Company Ltd has recently organised an intensive training course for its staff at Meat and Co Ltd and Dolce Vita Restaurant.

The programme was aimed at providing clear guidelines in customer service standards. Consultancy and Training Acumen Centre Ltd encouraged the teams to display their behavioural skills and competences, with the purpose of providing a first-rate dining experience to their clientele.

The training also included a visit to one of the largest meat importers in Malta. Both waiting and kitchen staff were told about different meat cuts, cooking methods and temperatures which enable them to offer customers a more professional service.
