Winner of the online Watch and Win Challenge from GO
The response to the Watch and Win Challenge from GO proved truly overwhelming and hundreds grasped the opportunity to participate in the hope of clinching the great prize. The online competition was open to GO TV customers who follow the two series – The Bridge and Homeland 2 on FOX. The Bridge currently airs on Sundays at 22:20 hours and Homeland 2 at prime time i.e. 20:30 hours on Tuesdays.
Speaking about the competition, Claire Galea, GO’s Digital Marketing and Portals Manager said: “The whole idea of the Challenge was to encourage our customers to have some fun and they really took us up on our word! Watching the two upmarket series on GO Gold TV and GO Gold Interactive was indeed, in itself, an exceptional viewership experience not to mention the thrill and excitement of actually participating in the challenge.”
Participants of the Watch and Win Challenge simply had to access the GO Facebook page and answer 5 random questions based on the two TV series. The next step was for them to ‘like’ the GO Facebook page www.facebook.com/go.com.mt and share the competition on their Facebook profile. Mark Grioli scored the highest number of correct answers in the shortest time possible.
During the prize awarding event held at Gardenia Homecentre in Naxxar, winner, Mark Griolo, took the opportunity of thanking GO for the great gift and Gardenia Homecentre for partnering with GO and providing the state-of-the-art LED TV. The lucky winner stressed that he was indeed looking forward to experiencing exceptionally sharp images, bright colours and real-world detail – qualities typical of GO digital TV and GO interactive TV –on his brand new high-tech LG 32” LED TV.
The Watch and Win Challenge focussed on the two action-packed, captivating series – The Bridge and Homeland 2 on FOX – Channel 301 for both GO Gold TV and GO Gold Interactive viewers.
Both the Bridge and Homeland 2 are part of FOX’s spectacular schedule aimed at giving that extra boost to the ‘feel good’ experience of summer. FOX is part of the programme line up for GO Gold TV and GO Gold Interactive TV packages.
