Arson attack on PN billboard
At around 00:45h the police were informed that a political billboard was on fire at Triq is-Saqqajja, Rabat.
From preliminary investigations it resulted that unknown people had set the PN billboard ablaze, however the flames were spent.
The police are suspecting arson and investigations are still ongoing.
Duty Magistrate Anthony Vella held an onsite inquiry over what seems to be the first arson attack on political billboards in this nine week electoral campaign.
