Collection of Voting Documents

The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who have not collected their voting document may do so from the Electoral Office in the day and hours indicated hereunder.

Voting Documents have to be personally collected from the Electoral Office, Evans Building, St. Elmo Square, Valletta, or, for voters registered in Gozo, from the Identity Card Office, 28A St. Francis Square, Victoria, Gozo.

The days and office hours are as follows:

  • Monday 4, Tuesday 5 and Wednesday, 6 from 08:00h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 21:00h
  • Thursday, 7: from 08:00h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to midnight

The identity card has to be shown in order for voting documents to be collected. No other document can be used for the collection of voting documents. No person would be allowed to vote without a valid voting document.

Relatives of residents at SVDP, MCH and GGH
Relatives of residents registered as voters at St. Vincent de Paule, Mount Carmel Hospital and at Gozo General Hospital, who applied for a special entry permit for Friday 8, to assist their family member from the wards to the voting zone, may call at the Electoral Office to collect their Identification Tag from today between 14:00h and 19:00h.

On the day of the poll, only authorized persons displaying identification tags issued by the Electoral Commission shall be allowed entry into St. Vincent de Paule, Mount Carmel Hospital and Gozo General Hospital.

No identification tag is required for entry into Mater Dei and Karen Grech Hospitals as there are no voters registered under these institutions.
