This was the last full week before the elections end on March 9. The debate saw three debates, two of which were held between the three party leaders.

Tuesday saw The Big Debate take place, and saw the leaders face a number of questions related to the scandals which had played a prominent role in the campaign.

On Thursday, a KSU debate saw the PN and AD Deputy Leaders debate. The PL Deputy Leaders were unable to attend and so PL candidate Owen Bonnici took their place.

Friday saw the final debate in the campaign, where the three party leaders rebutted arguments back and forth for the last time before March 9.

The campaign has strayed from the scandals which have engulfed Malta these passed weeks and have begun to focus more on policies and proposals. One minor incidenr regards BirdLife, who argued that they suspect the PL of having secret meetings with the hunting lobby.
