Pl Leader Joseph Muscat emphasised the importance on March 9, however stressed that it is a day like any other.

Dr Muscat explained that he is full of energy and promised that he will be fast off the blocks after Saturday, reiterating that people who do not agree with the PL can work with them. He promised that the movement will always come first, ahead of any one person.

In his speech, Joseph Muscat admitted that the PL was a broken party in the past, mentioning the marginal defeat which had hurt the party. “The PL has listened to the people and has changed”.
