The ITS is a pillar of the educational sector and tourism in Malta and provides professional and quality workers who establish Malta’s tourism indsutry as one of the most competitive within the EU, PL Leader Joseph Muscat held During a visit to Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS) in Pembroke. 

Dr. Muscat  toured the facilities and praised ITS for establishing a good reputation in international markets and commended its efforts in teaching Maltese students as well as foreign students who come to Malta for training.
Labour candidates Ian Borg and Gino Cauchi were also present for this visit.

Later during the day  PL Leader Joseph Muscat visited the SR Technics Hanger in Safi, were he insisted that a new PL government will ensure that the aviation sector in Malta will be maintained and supported further.
