Prime Minister Joseph Muscat will give up District 2 while Deputy Louis Grech will pass District 1, the PL Executive Council and Parliamentary Group have decided following an agreement over which districts will face a by election process.

It was also agreed that Minister of Finance Edward Scicluna will give up District 8, Minister for Home Affairs will give up District 10 and Minister of Education and Work Evarist Bartolo will give up District 12.

The same meeting passed a motion that kicks off an evaluation process to be carried at the PL centers across the island to highlight the work needed at these centers. A Commission was enacted with the aim to submit its recommendations over such works within the next two months.
