PM: “Creation of jobs most important issue”
Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi has stated that the creation of more jobs is currently “the most important issue” for our country.
In an interview this morning, Gonzi stated that in government, the Nationalist Party will create another 25,000 jobs in the next five years.
“In the past five years, 20,000 jobs have been created, and therefore we are half way there” Gonzi said.
He also made reference to the electoral manifestos, stating that the PN has published all its proposals, while we still don’t know “what the Labour’s electoral programme is.”
He added that with the PN, people know where they are, while with the PL, people are still “in the dark”, where he pointed out that people need to be careful from whom to vote on March 9.
