Pulse, the student body organisation, has expressed its congratulations to the newly elected Prime Minster Joseph Muscat for his electoral victory.

While hoping that the Labour’s majority will translate into more work for the Maltese and Gozitan citizens, Pulse also hope that the new government will continue giving importance towards the education sector. The student organisation also called for the new Labour government to address educational issues that influence students.

Pulse held that it would like to meet the newly elected members of parliament responsible for education to discuss the thirteen major proposals presented by PL during the electoral campaign.

The student organisation concluded by expressing its appreciation towards the former Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi for his service to the country.
