The committee and members of St Hubert Hunters Association congratulated the newly elected Prime Minister Dr. Joseph Muscat and the Labour Party "for an impressive electoral victory.”

In a statement, the association added that “In line with Dr. Muscat’s pledge to address several shortcomings in the local hunting legislation, to derogate correctly within the parameters of the European Birds Directive and to address law enforcement seriously, St. Hubert Hunters assure government of their full support and cooperation.”
