Following amendments to the electoral legislation, voting is taking place on Friday, March 8 at St Vincent de Paul Residence, Mater Dei Hospital, Karen Grech Hospital, Mount Carmel Hospital and Gozo General Hospital.

It is important that the Electoral Commission should be in a position to make the necessary preparations and verifications in order that the residents/patients in these places would be able to exercise their right to vote as established by law.

These voters should ensure that their voting document is in their possession and are to inform the Electoral Commission in case of any difficulty.

Persons or relatives of these voters, who may have received or hold a voting document on their behalf should ensure that such voting document is handed over to the voter by Monday March 4.
