Thousands of people this afternoon flocked to Zabbar, the home town of Nazzareno Bonnici ta l-Ajkla to attend the first electoral mass meeting voiced by the Party's leader .

Addressing the crowd that packed Zabbar’s main square, Nazzareno Bonnici held that he will ask God to perform a miracle and generate electricity from sea water. Through this system utility bills will be zeroed and the salt remaining from the process will be sold to foreigners, Zaren said.

The speaker also promised that if elected he will help single mothers “more than they already are”, he will help inmates because everyone makes mistakes and he will also build a village on Comino in order to help the small number of people currently residing on the island.

Nazzareno attacked all three established parties holding that both PN and PL are now concentrating on getting votes from Gozo and that AD is only concerned with what others do. He promised that hunters will have an open season all year round.

Going back to the power station project, Zaren argued that there is no way that PL can finalise this project in one year as not even a simple road that leads to Bormla was finalised in one year. He also held that corruption should end once and for all, that members of parliament should be liable and responsible for their actions and that it is unacceptable that parliamentary sessions are held with no more that 12 MPs present.

After a five minute break, Zaren Bonnici continued addressing the crowd and explained his electoral manifesto, which in his own words does not include failed projects such as an open roof theatre which has no use as it cannot be utilised in winter. He also promised that police officers will be paid their overtime on time and without any deductions.

The mass meeting came to an end at around 16:45h with Zaren singing the Party’s anthem and pledging that on March 9 he will thriumph over all other political adversaries and rise on "eagle's wings".
