Shia LaBeouf Kicked Out Of 'Cabaret,' Arrested By New York Police
Shia LaBeouf was handcuffed and escorted out of the Broadway musical "Cabaret" on Thursday night, according to Variety.
The 28-year-old actor was charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct after smoking in the theater and being disruptive during the first act, the entertainment trade magazine reports.
LaBeouf denounced his celebrity status earlier this year, and previously "retired from all public life." Despite these declarations, a trailer for LaBeouf and Brad Pitt's new film "Fury" was released earlier this week.
According to Page Six, after LaBeouf was removed from the theater and arrested, he told cops at the police station, "I’ll fuck you up," adding, “I have millions and millions of dollars and attorneys. I’m going to ruin your career." According to Page Six's source, the actor then used a homophobic slur, calling an officer a "fag."
The actor, who was also reportedly muzzled with a face mask because he wouldn't stop spitting, was charged with criminal trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct.
