€1260 was raised for Puttinu Cares Foundation and the Salesian children during a four day event organised by the Malta Juventus Club Cuore Bianconero in Mrieħel.

Present for the event was Italian journalist Valeria Ciardiello. During her two day stay, Ciardiello visited several children at the Rainbow Ward in Mater Dei.

During a press conference at the club’s Mrieħel centre, Ms Ciardiello held that she was honoured to be part of such a noble initiative, while praising the work of the club and confirmed that she will visit Malta again during the summer. She also visited the Juventus Club Vero Amore and the Juventus Club Gianluca Pessotto in Gozo.

The Juventus Club Cuore Bianconero has been officially recognised by Juventus F.C. since June 2012.
