Tristan Falzon, 30, from Qormi, was arraigned in Court by Police Inspector Daniel Zammit and charged with theft from the property of Guzeppi Mangion, 78, also from Qormi, in October 2007.

Mr Falzon was accused of committing theft from the property of Mr Mangion between the months of June and July 2007 and that by doing so he had relapsed on a previous sentence.

Magistrate Dr Mirian Hayman heard the witnesses brought forward by the Police and acquitted the accused.
