AD welcomes EP vote on Gaza
AD spokesperson on EU and International Affairs Arnold Cassola has welcome the EP vote on the current conflict in Gaza, in particular the support for a Palestinian state and for the state to be granted UN observer status.
“The Greens agreed that with the negotiations stalled, UN recognition could help give new impetus to the peace process. The EU and its member states should now follow suit and back UN observer status for Palestine,” he said.
