Another Enemalta worker arraigned

Anthony Pace, 43-years old, was taken to court and accused that he had gained at the expense of Enemalta.

Pace was brought in front of Magistrate Anthony Vella, Inspector Roderick and Daniel Zammit.

The accused’s lawyer Arthur Azzopardi asked for bail for his client. He said that his client has a low wage and that he is the only one in the family who earns a living. He said that there is no worry that Pace will try to escape and travel as he has never travelled and does not even own a passport.

Pace was granted bail on personal deposit of € 1,500 and a personal guarantee of € 8,500.
