PN MP Franco Debono raised a breach of privilege complaint in Parliament against Minister Tonio Fenech citing as offensive comments made by the Minister during a television programme yesterday evening.

Dr Debono raised the breach of privilege just before Minister Fenech rose to present the government’s budget for 2013. Dr Debono has publicly declared many times over that he will be voting against next year’s budget and today told di-ve.com that the budget is irrelevant and that he will stick to his decision to vote against the budget if Austin Gatt remains in the cabinet of Ministers.
