A 38-year-old man from Gozo pleaded guilty to the possession and distribution of Heroine, breaching bail conditions and relapsing.

Anthony Said, from  Marsalforn, Gozo, was also in violation of several court orders which were incurred in 2008 and 2010.

Mr. Said was arraigned in front of Magistrate Paul Coppini and was sentenced to two years in prison and fined €500. The prosecution was led by inspector Frank Anthony Tabone.
