GWU unhappy with Air Malta's 'Easy Roster'
A number of Air Malta employees are “disillusioned” over new roster proposals, the General Workers Union have said.
The new ‘Easy Roster’ proposals, which cost Air Malta €31,000 would "cause them much inconvenience,” a letter from the GWU read.
The GWU stated that they have been involved in numerous discussions with Air Malta which have led to several postponements of 'Easy Roster' due to the Union's objections. The GWU have made it clear that these proposals would make life difficult for the airline's employees, emphasizing that Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment Tonio Fenech promised he would look into it.
