The news about economic growth confirms that Joseph Muscat and the Malta Labour Party are false prophets, dedicated to predicting economic disasters instead of enjoying positive economic outcomes for families with more money in their pockets, said a PN statement.

Edward Scicluna, who, if the Labour Party is in government, will become the Minister of Finance, has gotten it all wrong, PN added.

When he had said that Malta will not meet the criteria required to enter the eurozone, and when he predicted that there would not be more economic growth, he had misinterpreted facts, the statement concluded.
