Prime Minister visits campus on Freshers’ Week
This morning, Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi visited the new Chemistry Laboratories at the University of Malta.
The project is a European Regional Development Fund Project which cost €800,000.
It involved the refurbishment of 2 analytical research labs, a particulate matter research lab, a physical chemistry teaching lab, a prep room and 3 synthesis labs.
It commenced in April, 2008 and aimde at supporting the increase in Malta’s science student population.
