State of neglect at Police stables
A video depicting the derelict and sorry state of the Police stables at Marsa has been released on social media.
Shockingly, large rats can be seen climbing pipes and making their way into the building while broken toilets, a filthy kitchen and a significant amount of animal droppings can be clearly seen.
The video also shows that the building requires urgent structural repairs.
A couple of horses are visibly malnourished and one can hardly stand on its legs.
