A fight broke out earlier today outside a bar in Pjazza San Pawl in Hamrun, involving a number of young teenagers, Police told di-ve.com.

The eight persons involved were aged between 14 and 37 years and were all male except for the fourteen year old who was female.

The Police arrived on site and arrested the 17-year-old, taking him to the Hamrun Police Station.

Police said that the rest of the group continued arguing outside the Police Station, leading to arrest after they refused to comply with Police orders, and ignored the officers who attempted to break up the argument.

During the fight the 17-year-old suffered minor injuries.
