The title sponsor for the CEV Championship 2013 and 2014 seasons has been declared as being Repsol with the series now becoming the CEV Repsol.

This ultra-competitive series, which the majority look upon as the best stepping stone into MotoGP, will not only carry the Spanish energy giant’s name, but also run exclusively on Repsol Racing Effitec CEV fuel, which is now obligatory for all teams. This fuel was introduced in the CEV in 2011 in Moto2, Stock Extreme and the Kawasaki Ninja Cup categories.

Repsol has in the past already been involved in the CEV through sponsoring of teams and riders. The all-Spanish race tracks are set to be clad in Repsol colours and graphics in curves, bridges and other parts of the circuit making the Repsol branding highly visible to the MotoGP community.
