A group of 25 sirens swimmers took part in a successful 3-day training camp held at St.Julians and the National Pool Complex between December 21 and 23.

Swimmers underwent a training programme set by their coaches. Apart from physical challenges, swimmers focused on turns and dives and were also involved in discussions and lectures on nutrition. Fun and leisure activities were also part of the programme.

The sirens swimmers trained twice daily and also took part in the 11th Age Group Swim Meet as part of their training programme. As part of the leisure and social activities the team enjoyed a visit to CircoDarix. Such regular inter club activities help further develop the social and educational qualities within the group.
